Y2K Update
January, 2000
- occurred with no significant problems. All of our
systems are functioning normally.
It was apparent to the Board of Directors as far back
as 1996 that this was a critical issue for our company,
our customers, and our business partners. The work was
given the highest priority and all necessary resources
were assigned to ensure success. The entire Year 2000
team worked extremely hard, performing extensive testing
and validation of all CUETS systems.
The actual rollover on New Years Eve was something
of an anticlimax, as we intended. Many system problems
had been identified, corrected and tested by the team
during the previous 18 months. Because of this attention
to detail CUETS systems continued to operate throughout
the rollover without missing a beat.
CUETS remains dedicated to providing excellent service
to our customers and business partners. We look forward
to continuing our work together as we move into the
new millennium.
